How to make an appointment with a psychologist or psychiatrist?
BAPUs can help you
BAPUs (University Psychological Assistance Offices) are consultation centers open to all students who want psychological assistance. Their teams are made up of psychotherapists (psychiatrists and psychologists), social workers and an administrative service. Locally, other professionals can also offer their help within the framework of the BAPU.
These consultations are 100% covered by Social Security and health insurance. There is no advance fee for students who request this assistance.

Wherever you are, Apsytude offers consultations with a psychologist. These consultations are free when the Crous or the local higher education institution are in partnership with Apsytude.
Happsy Hours
Happsy Hours are individual consultations with a psychologist, in conjunction with a Crous or a higher education institution.
Happsy Line
Happsy Line also offers individual consultations with a psychologist, but online.
The university health service will guide you
Whatever your university, do not hesitate to seek advice from the university health service of your higher education institution.
Professionals will welcome you, listen to you and, if necessary, advise you for appropriate support. Consultations are free in some universities. On presentation of your certificate of social security affiliation, third-party payment can be made there (no advance of costs for 70% of the rate covered by french social security). For the 30% of costs remaining at your expense, check with your health insurance to find out the terms of reimbursement.
